When can I queue?
Queuing outside Unity Arena will not be allowed before 2:00 PM on the day of the concert. Anyone arriving earlier will be asked to leave the area.

2:00 PM – Outdoor area with food and merch opens
4:00 PM – Shuttle buses start from Oslo
5:00 PM – Ticket office opens
6:00 PM – Doors open
7:00 PM – Support act
8:30 PM – Sabrina Carpenter
10:00 PM – Concert ends

Getting to Unity Arena
DO NOT DRIVE TO FORNEBU!
There will be no parking available for this concert. A large crowd is expected, and to ensure smooth transportation, we encourage all attendees to use public transport.
Shuttle Buses
Dedicated shuttle buses will run to and from Unity Arena. These buses are clearly marked and depart from Tollbukaia by Oslo Stock Exchange (near Oslo S), running between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. After the concert, buses will return to the same location. Buy your shuttle bus ticket here: ticketmaster.no
Public Transport
We strongly recommend using bus transport to Unity Arena. Check ruter.no for routes and timetables.
Lysaker Station
Lysaker Station is a key hub for trains and buses. We recommend using this station for further transport to Unity Arena. It is about a 15-minute walk from the venue.
Traveling from outside the city?
Use park-and-ride facilities and take public transport from there.
For a smoother journey, leave your car and take public transport.
Event Staff & Quiet Room
To support our guests, Unity Arena has partnered with Mental Helse Ungdom. A team of event hosts will be present at all concerts, clearly visible with vests and available if you need assistance.
Unity Arena also has a dedicated quiet room, where you can take a break and speak with trained personnel if needed.
Food & Drinks at Unity Arena
Food trucks will serve food from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Bars at Entrance 12: 4:00 PM – 5:45 PM / Indoor bars: 6:00 PM – 20 minutes before concert ends.
Sustainability
Unity Arena uses reusable cups.This is part of our eco-friendly initiative, which applies to all concerts at Unity Arena. A one-time environmental fee of NOK 20 will be added to your first purchase. As long as you return your cup, you will not be charged again.

- No large cameras, cameras with detachable lenses, iPads, GoPros, umbrellas, selfie sticks, or posters/banners larger than 30x50 cm.

Concert Etiquette
- Queuing: No queuing before 2:00 PM.
- Stay hydrated and eat well: It’s a long day, especially for those queuing early.
- Dress for the weather: Especially if you plan to queue before the concert.
- Tell someone where you are: Inform friends or family before the concert and listen to venue staff. Do not spread misinformation, as it can cause unnecessary panic.
- Know your exits: Locate toilets, first aid, and emergency exits.
- Respect others: Do not push in lines or in front of the stage. If you want to leave the crowd, move sideways or diagonally backward. If you have a seated ticket, you cannot move down to the standing area.
- Be mindful of your surroundings: Avoid blocking exits, toilets, or food stands.
- Protect your hearing: Free earplugs will be available at the concert. Take care of your ears – you only get one pair.
